+Project: innovation in large format digital fabrication

Large format 3D printing and experimental digital fabrication using biobased materials from the forests of northern Sweden

Through +Project Sliperiet gathers academic and industry partners to create a strong area for research and innovation,  a competence cluster within digital manufacturing, sustainable building and 3D technology in the north of Sweden. 

The project makes use of the open innovation environment, test bed and maker space at Sliperiet and strengthens R&D collaboration between the construction and building sector, the creative industries and academia with a focus on additive manufacturing.

+Project is co-financed by Region Västerbotten and the European Regional Development Fund.
